• Account Security: If you create an account on our website, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account Termination:We reserve the right to suspend, block, or terminate a customer's account or refuse service at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, suspected fraud, policy abuse, or violation of these Terms.

• Visual Accuracy & Colors:We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color or texture will be a perfect match to the physical garment.
• Pricing Errors: We strive for accurate pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed for a canceled order, we will issue a full refund.
• Product Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

• Risk of Loss: The responsibility and risk of loss for your purchased items transfer to you the moment the package is marked as successfully delivered to your home or specified delivery address by our courier partners.
• International Customs & Duties: For orders shipped outside of India, the customer is exclusively responsible for paying any and all applicable import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees required by their local government.

We want you to love your SWYA apparel. If you need to make a return, our policy is as follows:

• The Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Condition of Garments: To be eligible for a return, the item must be strictly unworn, unwashed, and entirely free of stains, odors, or damage. All original tags must be perfectly intact and attached to the garment. Items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

There are no “Final Sale” category exceptions; all items are eligible for return provided they strictly meet the condition and timeframe requirements listed above.

• Brand Ownership: All content on this website—including but not limited to the SWYA logo, garment designs, original photography, text, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of SWYA. It may not be stolen, copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): We love seeing how you style our apparel! If you tag us in your outfit photos on social media or leave a customer review, you grant SWYA the right to reuse, repost, and share that image or text in our own marketing materials, website, and social media channels.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be handled within this jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
